Rev. Dr. Roosevelt Florida, Jr.
Rev. Dr. Roosevelt Florida, Jr. has served as
Pastor of Vision Christian Center Intl Ministries since 1985. He received his Doctorate in Theology from Christian
Bible College of Baton Rouge and was ordained through the Fourth District Baptist Association. Pastor Florida is part
of the Baton Rouge Ministerial Alliance, Pastor Raymond Johnson, and Remnant Of Christ (ROC),Pastor Charles Wallace.
Pastor
Florida is married to Elder Rose J. Florida, who Co-Pastors with him in the ministry. They have four children, Tiffiny,
Anita, Dawn and Daniel. Pastor Florida’s family mannerism extends to children from all walks of life. He witnesses
to them and their parents at all opportunities presented. Constantly stating that the enemy is not ashamed of whom he
serves, why should the children of God be timid and quiet about the Great God that we serve?
Pastor Florida
admonishes all to live a Holy life set apart not just by your talk of love, but your walk and demonstration of love. The
Vision was given to Pastor Florida to feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, provide facilities for the battered and abused,
set up Christian businesses and oversee people of integrity that will not shun responsibility and accountability. It
is the desire of Pastor Florida to assist and see that all who have a desire to live above their circumstances do so. With
the help of Almighty God, “All Things Are Possible” when we believe and work together to achieve.
